Sort of. A ghost can be seen on camera (assuming you take orbs as any evidence) but of course we have no provable footage of bigfoot, goblins, even et's.
We DO have footage of strange UFOs that the US goverment claims they cant identify, but even those are generally quite simple, spheroid images.
Then you look and there multiple et events where the witnesses often times witness wildly different things, or at least things quite differently from their companions.
I think our minds tune into a frequency or something dials into ours and its appearance is effected by our own assumed perception of it.
