I think every choice after "Let Hiruko kill Nigou" is pretty obvious. Up to then though there's definitely people who are looking at a guide of some sort or at the very least are trying too hard to metagame.
I think it would've been unironically based for Kodaka to have had the 2nd Scenario just end in the most unceremonious death of every character, no cutscene, no special CG, nothing. There's a couple of choice that absolutely go against the spirit of Takumi trying to save everyone but people only make those decisions because they're thinking like a writer instead of a player. It would be nice if they got a good kick in the balls for cheaping out.
