Like, is double affinity circle is the same among every possible parent combo? Are they all equal, or some are slightly better?

Why does sometimes the Creek support card never gives me Swinging Maestro? Do I have to get it from an event manually and if I miss it it's gg or what? It also happened me with Kitasan that in one run she didn't give me Professor of Curvature.
