There may be some truth in what you guys are saying I was explaining to him how gps satellites work and he didn’t even understand waves or how to measure them or the properties or characteristics of a wave. It was almost like I was speaking a foreign language. I never finished college and it seems I’m more educated than someone who has an actual degree and should know this stuff. I was confused by his muted responses his explanation was he was a c student. Idk, if what you mentioned is really true. That kinda reinforces my belief that attending college is a waste at this point of my life.
The high paying jobs are just ridiculously competitive anyways. Might as well use my hands and fix shit. I have experience as a mechanic. But I don’t like the industry. Maybe I’ll try maintenance. Working on hvac systems and commercial equipment.
