Not really. During the recent NATO summit they allowed part of each nations 5% spending goal to be support to Ukraine. As long as they are willing to fight they will get support. Question is how long the Russian economy can hold on. NATO is nowhere near an economic collapse whereas Russia is spending 7-8% of GDP on the war now. Unsure of how long that is sustainable.
