Children have different brains than adults. You have infinite free time, minimal resources, and like repetition. A long game rocks when you get 4 games a year. I loved DK64 as a kid and couldn't grasp the hate.
Than I played banjo tooie for the first time. What an awful repetitive time waster. Im sure if I played it as a kid I'd love it, and if I'd played dk64 as an adult I'd absolutely hate it.
