Is Blasphemous actually any good if you don't care for or perhaps even dislike its visuals and themes?
It has always looked very stiff to me compared to most games of the genre. But people keep recommending the game to me.
And though it's on sale for peanuts right now, I can't help but wonder if I'm buying game I simply won't enjoy or care for.
It did get a (tiny?) crossover with Bloodstained at least. That seems cool.

If you're going to play at native res, you might aswell just play on real hardware, that way you know its exactly accurate.
