>if he is divorced, it is okay
What if he's divorced and has a kid, but his ex is the only girl he's ever been with?

Uh... asking for a friend.

Great when it's good, terrible when it's bad.

Unfortunately a lot of shrinks either just want to collect their check and go home, or the ones that are passionate about it (like Freud and Jung for example) have their own issues that they tend to project upon their patients and fuck them up worse. So your chances of finding a good one are low.

Also, it's very expensive which makes taking that risk a bigger issue

Concepts mean their referents
There is no external referent concept of 'chair', each human has their own individual concept of 'chair'
Definitions are a tool for standardizing concepts, they are not the meaning of the concept.
Concepts overlap. A chair can also be op's mom.
Edge cases are expected and don't need to have a universally agreed categorization. You are not clever for pointing them out nor do exceptions invalidate the rule.

So what? It still does a good job of corresponding to external reality. It's not arbitrary.

Slipknot is not metal, and you can deduce this very easily from the clues left within the lore of the band.
First of all, their name was originally Slopknot, indicating the quality of their music. The present name is the result of a typo during the logo design phase. We all know metal is, on average, the highest quality music, and cannot possibly be slop under any circumstances.
Second of all, their vocalist is literally named CORE-y Taylor, indicating that their genre is indeed some -core subgenre. Furthermore, the surname Taylor is revealing, because the letter T is literally just the cyrillic letter Г, but mirrored. For those of you who don't know, the letter Г in latin script is G, meaning effectively that their frontman has the words core and gay in his name, which is significant because core musicians and fans are severely homosexual, and so are Slipknot fans. The evidence is all there.
Also worth mentioning is the fact that their other most famous member, Jo(e)y Jordison has his name derived from the word joy, and joy is not metal. Metal is serious business, unlike joy, or Slopknot themselves.
My final evidence of their immense and overwhelming homosexuality and non-metalicity is also the fact that their biggest fan is our very own Negro Boda, who is of Roma heritage. I have never in my life seen a Roma person listen to metal, therefore if he listens to them, they are not, and cannot ever be, metal. Add to that his raging homosexuality, for which he overcompensates by playing the part of a homophobe, and you start to see all the pieces fall in place.
The fact is, anons, the truth has been right here, right in front of you, this entire time. You were just too blind to see it. Hopefully you know better now.

Why do women browse /r9k/?
I mean like, actually biological females. A lot guys are here for the general sense of comraderie with other dudes that feel left behind by society but I feel like women don't have much station here and are generally resented by the male majority.

Even if they are depressed or femcels I just don't see the appeal.

For the Fembots out there; do women see single dads the way men tend to see single moms? My Ma and my sister say that girls don't mind single dads but I imagine they're full of shit.

Since we're unable to prove that any other intelligence has a concept of "universe" it's reasonable to act as though the concept is exclusive to humanity and therefore centered around our perceptions until proven otherwise.
