I actually did play it recently -- specifically, splitscreen co-op with my brother on his Deck. It was pretty fucking jank, but also fun as hell.
As for updates, I don't really care about all the weird shit the devs want to add (fucking pottery?). I'll just come up with stuff to do by myself, and mods can take care of the rest.

no, you are just not part of the a/b testing. youtube tests things on a small portion of its userbase all the time. if you are unlucky to be part of the test trialing the new adblock changes before the ublock guys counter them, you'll get ads.
