i think they also kinda pissy about ukraine because they see it as the pidorussian version of taiwan to some degree.
an unruly former subject trying to do their own thing.
not that they think pidorussia is doing it correctly or anything, they'd instead much prefer to take their taiwan by rather peaceful means instead of dancing on piles of bones and ashes and calling it a great victory
