How the fuck did bands play such long tours without going insane? Slipknot for example had a 20 month tour for Vol 3. I get that the money is nice but I just couldn't stomach playing the same god damn setlist day in and day out.

The Replacements would at least blow off some steam and go play a dive show under a different name and just jammed out drunken covers for for an hour, at least that sounds fun.
