That's not the fucking problem, issue is fact that Konami tends treat whole mechanic as one big soup instead of individual archetypes, cue extender that extend extending and bunch of shit that goes nowhere.

Also it's too slow and frail for modern game, everyone have 20 handtraps and hyper compressed engines, while pend decks need dedicate whole deck to itself leaving little to no room for tech. Why bother with pends when you can simply use whatever slop engine that ends with negate or at very least some kind of interaction.
