There hasn't really been a lot of great scary ghost movies to come out. 1961's The Innocents is the only one that comes to mind. Technically A Christmas Carol is a ghost story so any adaptation would be considered a ghost story which means The Muppet Christmas Carol is a ghost story, but that isn't scary. Neither are the Ghostbuster movies.

I'm listening to a podcast about an entire neighborhood here in Texas that was built on an entire old graveyard. One of the ghosties keeps stealing this woman's shoes. I think a pervert ghosty would be the worst and lamest kind of ghosty to have.
