Man Rise Horn was stupid, you just had to stand inside the monster and mash buttons like a retard until you could do your big breakdance thing. Felt more like Dual Blades.

I loved Rise Hammer too, unfortunately its damage fell off hard in Sunbreak so I had to switch off for the lategame monsters. One Surge Slash combo from my Greatsword did as much damage as my full optimal damage Hammer combo that included fully charged smashes and the big wirebug slam attack lmao.

I used to work under a rich game company CEO and all he did was lurk around, conspire against dissidents with HR and worst of all - make impulsive decisions that negatively affected the vidya we were working on.
One time we had layoffs and I was asked to make a skill-based ranking list of all animators, only for him to fire an extremely high-ranking animator in order to keep a useless animator in that guy couldn't even draw, just because he deemed him to be "very loyal".
That fucker was a deranged feudal lord and it killed my interest in working for any big company ever again.

I leave the lobby if my teammates enter near death more than twice in a row on a Day 1 field boss. This golden rule has never failed me and every time I begrudgingly stay in the match I end up regretting it.
