Duck. Nice meat
Duck is being produced here but it's not really that easy to find except already cooked in chinese restaurants. Last time i saw a raw duck was when grandma killed her last ducks and that was ages ago.
Still once i managed to get duck confit. It was a canned one but it was amazing.
Kept the duck fat afterwards and was using it to fry everything.
Absolutely the best fries and fried eggs ever. Hole crap the taste is absolutely glorious with duckfat. Wish i picked up another can of duck confit then.
By the way, I did manage to make the bnunny stew. Served it as some sort of shepherd's pie thing.
