Sarcasm aside, maybe you're just not cut out for the series. I'm not saying that to be an asshole, I'm giving you genuine advice here. A large part of the appeal of the games is seeing the story and Kamurocho itself evolve over the years, and if you don't have the attention span to play all the games then you will seriously be better off spending your time elsewhere. If you're absolutely determined to play these games, then replay 0 (paying attention this time), then move on to Kiwami 1/2, then 3/4/5/6 and finally move onto 8 if you still remember what happened in 7. This series demands a massive time and attention commitment, and if you don't want that (which is very understandable, honestly having played them all I don't think the juice was worth the squeeze) then play something else. Again, I'm not being elitist, I'm saying these games are not for everyone, and you sound like you're included in that 'everyone'. There are other series that are more deserving of the hundreds of hours of playtime it would take you to catch up on Yakuza.

It's painfully obvious the government shut down so elites could escape to their doomsday bunkers before the "aliens" come in november (they're actually biblically accurate angels coming most likely). Either way, world is coming to an end or a new age. They've known this for 70 years.

There was a trope in anime I thought would never die out but it finally did and I'm glad. It was annoying. It's female anime characters that refer to themselves in the third person, like "Chika thinks rice balls are the best!" etc. This trope seems to have died so many years ago now I'm not sure zoomers realize how widespread this bullshit was in the 90s/00s but I personally am just now realizing it's been gone for a long time.

I have decided to start making apps in an attempt to escape NEEThood. All my ideas so far have a core content loop that relies on people sending links to friends. This means that I won't be able to reliably predict how many people will use my app at a given time. I know most apps end up without users, but I want to build with the ability to scale up and out easily if I need to.

I can feel myself starting to become attracted to a person and I don't like it.
