It's a good video game, but a bad roguelite.

Its fun
I wish I was good at it
I also hope they add dark souls weapons to it too somehow like the black knight weapons and the dragon bone fist
Wishful thinking but bloodborne, demons souls and sekiro bosses could be cool too if they were reworked to fit Elden ring combat mechanics

So is it actually slop dogshit fucking trash or is it fun? I'm battling my subconscious trying to decide whether it is or not. 1500 hours in Elden Ring and I thought the DLC was disappointing and the beginning of the end.

I dunno I enjoy what this game is trying to do and I like repeating runs and getting progressively more familiar with the game mechanics. It's like Chalice Dungeons but expanded into a whole game instead of being throwaway side content. Plus Ironeye is basically all I've ever wanted out of a bow build in these games. I also really like its chaotic YA novel/nu metal energy. I look forward to purchasing a Switch 2 for the sole purpose of playingThe Duskbloods. Alright, that's my opinion. You're welcome.
