You cannot be optimally healthy without getting enough creatine and cholesterol, which you can only do by eating meat. Vegans are routinely deficient in vitamin B12 to the point where vegan doctors recommend they ALL supplement it, and those same doctors will even admit thst many people still can't absorbd the B12 through the supplements and will end up deficient anyway. You cannot get enough iron or zinc from plants since the absorption rate is so low due to antinutrients like phytic acid and the fake that heme iron is more easily absorbed by the body than non-heme; hence, the prevalence of anemia and infertility in vegans and vegetarians. Zinc is needed for sexual function in men especially. The meme is correct, again as evidence by the vast swath of former vegans who were forced to start eating meat again because of health issues. You will probably start eating it again one day, too, once your health inevitably starts to fail.
