She's asking for a good titfuck and you know it
Yeah Fuji as your trainer, you need to trust me there's no way your career can continue after that injury
Nah I know you've only had 5 races but trust me you NEED to retire so I can breed the fuck out of you before those start to sag

That only really applies to honses who sucked or got injured beyond recovery. The vast majority of the Uma's had comfy retirements in their IRL incarnations. That being said, there is cases like Rice Shower's owner trying to buy him a comfier retirement by putting him in a big race to increase his potential horse sperm value, only for that race to be the end of them. Very sad.

Yes/No. There's three-ways Uma Musume handles real life relationships.

>Soft Reference: Kitasan Black 'feeling' something familiar about Bakushin (their grand-father), or Scarlet Vodka being a massive Tachyon simp.
>Medium Reference: Rudolf being Teio's dad in all but name. Season 2 had so many dad moments that they might as well have just dropped the veil and said it.
>Hard Reference: The Mejiro's all have the same surname, so they kind of admit they're related but rarely elaborate beyond that.

The horses are canonically isekai'd from our world into being uma musume, so all the relations are still 'legitimate' in a spiritual sense (thus why they'll reference the relations). But they want to keep the cast 'pure' for the players so they won't make any of them real parents in this world.
