To answer Anon's question
The point of the Weird Route is the same as the Genocide route in Undertale. Destroy the enemy and become stronger. Only there's a key difference.
From the start of the game, we're told that our choices don't matter.
This has been shown throughout all 4 chapters so far. No matter we do, the end result remains the same.
But that's the thing, the game says "Your" choices don't matter, as in (You), The Player.
Our choices don't matter, but maybe the choices of the characters themselves do matter.
Maybe since The Player can't have a lasting effect on the world, they can force another character to do it.
That's where the Weird Route kicks in. The Player is so determined to erase the world (just like in Undertale), that we can force this outcome through Noelle.
