So you can get 200 SP on the card per run. If you check how much you need per level it makes it obvious why it takes so long.

Pretty sure she wasnt super jobber. 'losing' in horse races just means you're not 1st. Unless I'm mistaken Haru liked to stay in the middle of the pack, not going too far forward or back. So she never 'won' but she rarely was dead last. Theorized she just liked running with other horsies.

I don't get it, why did my late Vodka fluked last spurt in URA having 600/500/750/200/500, 1 blue, 1 accel and 3 velo skills? She just reaches 400m and pretty much stops gaining any speed losing to the leader pacechaser. I thought Late/End have speed modifiers?
