Saw a post the other day about a Vodka scene acknowledging that she won something two years in a row so I wanted to see if Mayano's career would acknowledge me winning Arima Kinen twice (or triple crowning twice, or basically just the fact that I won everything in general), but nah, they just didn't give a shit.
It was just one of the basic "Wow I can't believe i beat my rival!" scenes where they hope you ignore the fact that you didn't lose any of the races you were expected to lose.

>fails THREE <10% fail rate trainings (one tanks the summer camp, one puts her in bad condition right before her last career race), all around terrible trainings, ends up with shit stats, doesn't win a SINGLE non mandatory race (including optionals so I miss EVERY fan milestone)
>somehow ends up winning the whole thing without any retries

So Career mode definitely fucking cheats on some races, doesn't it? Like I'll sometimes see an Uma (even generic NPCs) run like she's on 5 types of crack in the last spurt and then check her stats and skills and it's all dogshit.
