I have been thinking about this for months now. The easy answers are motorsports and yuro football (or Olympic sports in general). The former is the most analogous to Umamusume but is also less known. Firstly you'll need to get an uma who can run (and win in) all 4 distances comfortably. Easiest option would be Maruzensky - if you have her summer alt then even better since she has built-in recovery skills that let you ignore stamina trainings more often and focus more on Speed/Power/Wit.

Next will be your deck. Try to aim for 100%+ fan bonus. Be warned that you'll want a workable deck where you can still get a comfortable amount of stats before going all in on races. Pic-related is using a whale deck but you can also run MLB SRs and just reduce the number of overall races and still hit ~1m fans comfortably per 20~25min run.

After that it's going to be parents. Hopefully you have some good stat stick parents with useful uniques that synergize with your fan farmer - for example with Summer Maruzensky you'll want parents like Seiun Sky or Mihono Bourbon.

If you have all of these then it's just repeated trainings until you reach your fan goal. It might take some time getting used to but once you get a read on the flow of these runs everything just comes to you automatically and shitting out 10m+ fans a day will be a piece of cake.

Personally I value consistency and this deck is braindead easy to pilot as well so it's my comfort pick. I've tried running a 120 deck before but would sometimes drop the ball on some random G1 worth 15k+ fans and ended up with less fans anyways despite higher fan bonus so just went back to comfy
