I don't think this initiative can succeed, because at soon as it gets to like 900k, live service lobbyists will start botting votes to reach 1 mil in order to make gamers think they don't need to vote anymore, and then those bot votes will end up getting deducted and then the initiative will have failed or be ruled invalid
