Let's use Urara as an example because her humillation at the Arima Kinen is that iconic. Base Urara has G-rank in Turf terrain and Long distance. That translates into

>0.1 x 0.4 = 0.04 acceleration
So she's 60% slower on turf AND accelerates 96% slower.

The Witmeta is real. Don't raise Stamina. You can slap Swinging Maestro on any uma and reduce her Stam requirements by 200.
