How much you wanna bet they have one of those outsourced national 911 rerouting centers to "save money" instead of local seperate hard line 911 centers

My advice is that left that idea on the backlog and focus on developing skills.
You're asking for an idea that clearly is not a begginer product.
Both unity and godot can do it.
Your issue is actually more related to learning CS and math with a bit of learning low poly, more than something related to unity and godot.
I've literally made tools that read the hardrive and some dude made a MIDI daw, another guy made a basic operative system clone and another made a 3D pixel art renderer with godot.
So clearly godot can do what you want.

Done it a bunch and I’m apparently invincible. Make every hour count, always treasure each interaction, and leave a mark on this world.

Chat gpt told me my idea doesnt exist yet.
Basically imagine an anime girl character generator like koikatsu, but 2D.
And you can select a bunch of poses and pose the girl, using common pose presets.
But you could rotate this girl in 10-12 diferent angles around the Y axis and 3-4 angles on the Z axis.
So something like DOOM tech to rotate their models, but with koikatsu character generator and VRM posing desktop pose mechanic.

>The researchers found that it took about two weeks for the probiotics to improve negative feelings. It takes about the same amount of time for antidepressants to work, but whereas antidepressants tend to reduce both negative and positive mood, the results showed that the probiotics only reduced negative mood. This could be a possible benefit, although the researchers stress that probiotics should not be considered a substitute for antidepressants.
>When the researchers observed the decrease in negative feelings, they were keen to explore whether they could predict who would benefit most from probiotics. “We found that various traits, most notably a propensity for risk avoidance, were associated with a greater effect of probiotics on mood,” says Johnson.
>In addition, the researchers found evidence that probiotics may affect the way participants process emotional cues. The participants who received probiotics were slightly more accurate at recognising facial expressions.

I think I've finally found an alternative to conflict in storytelling.
Conflict is not a mandatory thing.
You can get a similar effect to conflict, with novelty.
What do I mean, instead of conflict, you can use a piece of lore or informational retrieval that takes the character to move towards a newer point in the seek of a new informational novelty event.
It is the discovery of a newer point to move and the movement towards that point, that produces a similar avoidance of boredom and produced a flow in the story.
It is not the lack of conflict that bores a story, but simply it's stagnation without novelty that causes boredom.

I was able to take my 2 minutes combat into a 10 minutes now gameplay.
What I found funny now was this is literally like making a song.
The combat is just the same as a small section in a sonata.
Each dungeon repeated is like another section.
Both the combat and dungeon and the victory screen points section are like the ABC of the first melody repetition.
And then repeating it 3 times create a melody.
What I now have is a melody.
This means I now need to create a newer section.
If we use the seven act structure from storytelling, we'll have enough for an AAA cheap 2D game.
This means I need now to do something like change the dungeon, to make ABABCC sonata section.
Which means that creates a bigger sonata movement section, and I can use the same rules to create bigger sections, up to the point where I have 4-6 hours of gameplay.
