yeah that kind of makes sense. They automatically get a ton of chances based on just being surrounded with shitty progarams. Its easy for people to discount this factor. Its not a factor that anyone likes to talk about.

For example I think the patriots dynasty was PRIMARILY built on the fact that they were in a division with the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, And New York Jets. All three teams basically sucked absolute dick for almost the entirety of Tom Bradys career. And while Tom is the Goat and everything. When you are automatically in the playoffs every year it makes the statistical chances of things going your way just increase and increase.
