NTA but in a believable world, such a stark difference in intelligent species would spawn extremist groups on both ends. A very vocal horse group would definitely become elitist first then outright racist because of their superior strength. Humans would likewise garner a similar and very vocal group due to being the underdogs and fearing for their safety.
In a horse world, even if they magically don't want to exterminate or dominate humans, they could pose a serious threat to humans unintentionally. A horse girl (like a kid) could try to hug a human and they could forever lose a limb from that. Each horse girl is a ticking time bomb, like a driver on a highway, just a few lapses in attention can cause a fatality by "bumping" (ie. running over) a human.
Now let's put alcohol into the mix and you essentially have drunk driving without cars.
The show also jokes a lot about trainer-san getting hit and kicked by the girls but realistically he'd die in the opening episode after Special Week kicks him even if she didn't wish to kill him outright.
A horse girl you court and get to bed could easily kill you unintentionally even without BDSM stuff. You'd have to be on top all the time or a bad movement from her would crush everything below waist level. Especially if you somehow bring her to orgasm. A kinky horse girl trying to restrain you for fun could end with broken arms easily in a mistake.
Now let's move unto the deliberate part.
Horses could feel to be superior and rightfully so. How many horses are in the world? Could they overthrow a government? What if they decide to do academia instead of running? Then decide that humans are inferior and should be enslaved or killed?
Wait.... are horses purposefully conditioned into their love of running in Uma because they'd easily dominate the world?
