it's almost too much to even list out separately, but some of the biggest changes include:
>the confrontation/stakeout with green keeper getting cut down extremely
>all green squad bonding in-between main arcs has been gutted, no real relationship building outside of magatia's school between chidori, D, and hisui especially
>monster zoo mini arc almost completely axed, no real fight occurs during it, red squad takes care of the kaijus before green squad even arrives on the scene, no appearance of the fused boss monster
>hibiki kills hwalipon (bag on head monster boss) with the help of sesera in the anime, so even though hibiki takes a killing blow for her by getting his head chopped off like in the manga, sesera's healing invocation is not an equivalent exchange and instead she only gets a little scratched up instead of being practically dead like hibiki would've been
>because of this, pink survives the remainder of the arc, even though she should be completely comatose
>because of this, hibiki never gets blamed for being the "monster" who got her killed by pink squad
>in fact hibiki really does fuck all in the anime for this arc, where in the manga he at least had that moment of internal struggle that led him to establish the need of creating the neo rangers
>most IRA vs. keeper fights happen offscreen or are chopped down for time
