Is a lot of the problem FOMO? (Fear of missing out). I feel like every day I spend not fapping is a day I could be spending fapping, like I'm "wasting" days by doing nothing. Anyone else have this issue?

Explain this shit /x/, I don't even have to be "high" levels of high, but all I want to do is fap when I take it.
