Christ. This is grim. "Incite hatred" or "assault dignity" could literally mean anything. If a culture thinks jerking off in public is a good thing, and you complain about it is that "assaulting" their dignity?
I can't in good faith as a German even condone this kind of moral grandstanding faggotry. Germany needs it's own first amendment.
