I disagree with it being bad in the game. It's not presented as a bad thing, the incest aspect is extremely important to the plot as a whole as well as their relationship. It makes their relationship infinitely more interesting and romantic. Andrew's dark obsession with his sister, his hatred of the girl she was warring with the woman she became juxtaposed against Ashley's childish, selfish desire to monopolize her brother at war with itself as it morphs into single-minded love and devotion... If it wasn't incestuous none of this—none of it—would feel human or real.
