First off, the spread wasn't "Fixed". It was intentionally bad. The spread was just a number in a config file. It being "broken" would be an error like an intern fat-fingering a button and accidentally adding an extra digit to the value. The fix wasn't a correction by removal of the erroneous digit. They just made the spread better by a percentage. The new spread value has no relation to the old one. That's not a bug being resolved, that's a balanced change show that Alexus pushed too far on the dogshit lever.

Secondly, the accuracy is still garbage. It's fine for a proper AT weapon that can kill the heavy targets with simple center of mass shots. But to achieve good kill times, the Epoch needs railgun precision to snipe things like hulk visors and it objectively doesn't have enough precision to land shots like that reliably at any sort of range. If you're going for center of mass kills, then you're leagues behind the quasar since you need to shoot twice to kill what it kills in one hit and on top of that you have to take care not to detonate the weapon and deal with the garbage ammo economy and stationary reloads.

The weapon isn't good period. It's the result of taking something aggressively mid and then layering multiple levels of drawbacks on top of it for no discernible reason. If it at least had some demo force it would at least have a narrow niche of being a subpar AT weapon that at least can moonlight as a hole closer, but it can't even do that.

>red1
Precision napalm strike. The napalm equivalent of OPS.
>red 2
Orbital burst. A rapid burst of three 380mm shells that land within 10m of the beacon. We probably want a cooler name. I think hd1 players once told me that there was some kind of triple strike that might have been called a thunder strike or thunder cannon or something.
>blue
Bomblet launcher. Backpackless support weapon. Basically an xbow but with larger magazines and a slightly higher rate of fire. Stationary reload.
>green
Re-dive system. Pelican deploys a contraption with hellpods that the divers may enter. We aim the contraption akin to aiming the city defense cannons. The contraption launches the hellpods in that direction, and we can fine-tune our landing via normal hellpod controls. Sort of like the APCS could deploy drop pods back in Battlefield 2142.

>we can't have transmog one suit might not have the right number of bacon apples on it. It would just be immersion breaking.
>The anti-tank plasma cannon can't scratch a conex shipping container? That's, uhh, realistic because plasma has no mass.
>Ignore the massless orbital flashlight stratagem smashing the fuck out of detector towers.
God I hate sweden.

> lasers are actually weightless
>laser pistols and rifles have no demo force
>stratagem laser cannon, quasar cannon, and orbital laser enter the chat
In a sane world he'd be fired.
