I think the problem is just infrastructure.
I live in an old neighborhood that can only support about 10% of the car is being EV here.
To change that you have to redo the wiring for thousands of homes.
That would cost the city probably a billion dollars.
It's just not viable up here.

And if you want to charge using solar panels, you're spending $50,000 like my neighbor to charge a single Tesla.

add all the wotlk content, the god tier zones and atmosphere, the great raids, the actually balanced(kinda) pvp, but make it as hard as vanilla, make leveling slow so people can actually stay in those zones longer, encourage pvp, remove dungeon finders and make dungers and raids longer and harder, maybe even remove flying, start adding new content, both in northrend and the old continents.
