Like he's already doing everything everyone else does. Maybe he doesn't have a gf/wife. We don't know that. But would it make him less of a man? What about a lowlife drug dealer who has sex with women lots but doesn't have a normal job, or pay taxes, or own a house. Is he more of a man?
