There are way better key cards you should be looking for which is mainly an odin and any fucking opener cards.
All I do is casually save up treasure on the off chance I top deck sinciro but if I don't then no issue since I just use treasure to further paply pressure.
Sinciro just becomes an AoE boardbuster I use with whatever remaining treasures I have.

I don't see how you can ever close out games with sinciro, you cannot lower your opponents health to be 8 or below with all the health going around, a single fucking norman will screw you up.

Sinciro is never to be mulliganed for.
