Was busy had two pretty shitty days in a row. Squats were okay though both days, a little slow. Going to go back to 2x a week squatting for now and have a day of SSB. Afternoon training was bad yesterday, but normal today. Creatine is kicking in and I had some good sprints and hit two handstands outside. Can't complain too much. I feel fine because I have not been training as much, but also I have not been training as much so that sucks.
