Not necessarily but I think in general those people usually have way lower inhibitions and don't give much of a fuck about anything other than doing whatever they want, and i think women usually see that aspect as attractive since it's generally more fun to be around, at least temporarily.
As for the violent part, I think aggressive people also generally get seen as strong and that's attractive to women for the same reason strong, aggressive men are the subject of so much romance stuff targeted at women, but it's really misplaced since irl overly aggressive people rarely have that off switch for people close to them
tl;dr yea, but mostly as a byproduct of that behavior depending on who does it, not because of the behavior itself
