There's no good solution to this. Excluding your most popular character from the extended universe you're trying to create is going to undermine the extended universe to some extent, continuing it as its own thing leads to multiple continuities running simultaneously and makes it seem like you have no confidence in the new movies, and making one version for the DCU and running it simultaneously with the Reeves version is just competing with yourself.
The Reeves movie honestly should never have been made. If you won't make a Batman solo movie with the guy who's already playing Batman and also happens to be a legit A-list director, why the fuck would you greenlight a Batman solo movie with a different Batman in it? And if you were thinking about blowing up the DCEU why wouldn't you wait until you knew what you wanted to do with the next version before doing anything with one of the major characters who would be part of any reboot? The Battinson movie didn't fit into their present *or* future plans. It's like they just did it on a whim and completely forgot they already had Batman at home.
Now they have to bury it and waste whatever potential it had, make it part of a universe where it clearly doesn't belong and waste whatever potential it had, or let it exist as some side project that distract from what they're trying to do with everything else and confuses the plebs. It's a fucked up situation but you let delusional coke fiends run your business and this is what you get. Welter Hamada fucked them for years to come.
