I watched TNG twice in my life. Recently I watched DS9 and just the other day I finished watching TOS for the first time. As the other anons say the first season is phenomenal. You'll find yourself rolling your eyes a bit towards the end but it's still a lot of fun. I haven't watched TNG in a while but as much as I remember liking it I feel just as if not more fond of TOS
