I don't know why people waste their time reinventing FO4's perk system. The gameplay is just combat, building/crafting and selling loot. You can't use medicine to cure that dumb molerat aids or shit like that, you just put points in medicine to get more stimpak healing.
I can understand mods that replace trash perks with somewhat useful ones, but there is no point in adding skills and shit when you are still doing the same old "level up luck to deal more crit damage" or "level up [weapon] skill/perk to deal more damage with [weapon]".
