Negative reviews on Steam seem to be Chinese gamers mad that the price of the game is lower in the West. Very little about optimisation. They're also saying the standard version in the West is the deluxe version in China. I can empathise to be honest, but setting the price lower in a market that's usually not interested in Chinese games is just a smart business decision. I would understand if a game like Nantouka 33 were priced lower in Japan, Japanese gamers don't usually like Western stuff.
