IIRC the timeskip is exactly 1 year, then it takes another year for roze to grow up in a vat, and then it takes a couple months to a year for azalea and camellia to grow up. Not sure how long the timeskip is after they defeat the evil chocolate girl and colgate-chan, but it had to take a while, as they repaired ciela and roze's handheld console.
