Just a single standard attack or ability that doesn't require a resource. I'm not gonna dump a damage buff into it, nor am i going to spend a spell slot. A great sword swing or a cantrip fulfills the requirements as stated well enough without being a subversive little twat. A grapple is also acceptable if i have the strength for it and is something I would nominally do in a typical combat encounter.
