Lets see. I would have been in middle school around that time. My father had played warcraft 1 and 2. When I was much younger I recall trying to play warcraft 1.
I think my brother and I had a computer we shared, and I think I remember watching him play part of the arthas campaign for a few missions before it was my turn. We played a bunch of tower defense, sheep tag, and other custom maps when I was in highschool. I was more of an A+Move player for the regular multiplayer with maybe a few control groups, and hated all this gay hero micro. I preferred brood war for the RTS part. A few years later we did some LAN between my dads PC and ours.
Orcs or undead were my favorite race. I think I was also playing Natural Selection around this time.
In 2003 we got freelancer and splinter cell. In 2005 we got guild wars. It was a great time for gaming.
