Does beauty and the beast make sense to be the origin point of Deltarune’s world?

Like before the curses, everyone was together in this heaven like place that was in the state between light and darkness (hopes and dreams). But when the hopes and dreams were corrupted and power of men was too great, they were cursed and separated as magicless humans, humans cursed to being weak beasts with weak souls, and humans imprisoned to objects to dwell only in hopes and dreams.

So if a monster were to dwell in the darkest spaces of reality, their hidden magic powers will be unleashed and they could become entities like FRIEND and ICE-E. This also means humans in there unlock the great strength they’re supposed to wield since only the monsters lost that power (Hence Susie and Kris being physically stronger than Noelle). Due to Darkners merely losing their determination and not their bodies and magic, they can bleed, resist the blows that kill Undertale monsters, and cast magic and as Sans does in Undertale. When they die, they don’t turn to dust.

But there is a secret to how the Knight, Friend, and the knight work. They curse themselves to lose aspects of being lightners, humans, and monsters. Which allows them to absorb monster souls and human souls to obtain more power. And seal the power of darkness within themselves to use and abuse. And in theory, the dead could be reanimated this way to become false darkners, not a Darkner like Gerson.

I've had this discussion a trillion times and I always in it.
From a narrative perspective Kris and Susie being seniors makes BY FAR the most sense, and Deltarune has a tonne of "fear of change "themes going on.

Kris being a parallel to Chara (or possibly straight up being Deltarune Chara) is also highly relevant. Asriel and Chara were roughly the same age.

Kris also shares a room with Asriel. I know it's not too strange to share a room with an older sibling. But I do think that makes them being a similar age more likely.
