Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta's Absolute Batman first overall arc is intended to last thirty-five to forty issues, but Scott Snyder believes it will keep expanding as they go, and will probably go fifty or sixty issues…
The Absolute Wonder Woman crossover beginning in January is focused on Bruce Wayne trying to help Waylon and going to Wonder Woman to try to find some way of stopping this transformation.
The next arc with Nick Dragotta brings in Scarecrow and how Bruce decides that all he does is hurt people, so he needs to actually shut everybody out, which brings him closer to Harley Quinn and the Red Hood gang.
We'll be seeing the Absolute Penguin, Absolute Two-Face and Absolute Riddler. But don't expect them to be just Batman villains. There are people who are deliberately awful in very powerful positions in the Absolute Universe; they'll all be facing something much worse.
There's a pretty heartbreaking scene in the Absolute Wonder Woman crossover, where Batman goes to talk with his friends, and they are not particularly pleased with the way things are going.
After this, there will be a small story afterwards with the Absolute Poison Ivy, again largely about everything changing.

Fans know quality when they see it, and Baron, alongside legendary artist Pat Broderick, is delivering exactly what readers want: a supernatural western that bleeds atmosphere, violence, and old-school comic book craftsmanship.

Bronze Star 1 proved Baron still has it. The 48-page weird western combined Lovecraftian horror with classic gunslinger action, creating something the comic industry desperately needs: an original story that respects genre traditions while pushing boundaries. Proudly printed in the USA, Bronze Star 1 raised $17,169 from 295 backers on Kickstarter in 2023, proving there’s still an audience for quality independent comics that don’t preach, don’t lecture, and don’t apologize for being entertaining.

n the 1940s, the Wonder Woman comic introduced the character to a sidekick, Etta Candy. And Etta, for a time, had a fleshed-out family, one that owned a cattle ranch. Etta Candy's father, created by William Moulton Marston and Harry G. Peter for Sensation Comics in 1943, was given the name Hard Candy.

The character appeared several times over the forties, but didn't make the move into the Silver Age, even as those stories were moved over to Earth-2. And by the time of the Crisis of Infinite Earths, it was all wiped away anyway. When Etta Candy returned, she had been modernised, slimmed down, and had changed her race. And there was no mention of any family, or any ranch, even when the old continuities were returned by DC Rebirth.

Bleeding Cool understands that in upcoming issues of Wonder Woman by Tom King and Daniel Sampere, while Hard Candy won't be returning, he will be mentioned, as well as Etta Candy's family ranch and Wonder Woman's history with it all…

Is this a precursor to the return of Hard Candy, and maybe her mother Sugar Candy, as well as the whole Candy Ranch to a full-blown reappearance? And will he be transformed as much as Etta Candy was?

I like the episode "Clash" from Unlimited quite a lot because of the simple fact that they can still have a fight in a city, but the city has no one in it to reasonably explain how it is that they don't incur any causalities. Are there any comics where this sort of thing is a common occurrence? (Moving fights out of the location the villain would prefer to minimize civilian deaths/damage.)

I liked Gina Vendetti the most as a bad girl type of relationship, and she will eventually get out of juvie. I really like bad girl bad boy relationships. And I want to see an episode of her having fun outside of juvie with Bart.

But the best one for Bart is probably Mary Spuckler, who I also liked her 3 episodes with Bart.
