/pol/ medical thread - healthcare stories and policies discussion
did anyone here ever cure their asthma without medicine? i saw claims on a video about breathing exercises with a restrictor tube to strengthen your diaphram muscles and they claimed it cured asthma but when i asked my doctor he said only inhalers and medication or removing yourself from the enviroment of allergen can keep it under control. naturally i dont trust doctors since covid so im asking /pol/

yes this is political. healthcare seems to be the number 1 concern for many normies and i would argue /pol/ anons as well. feel free to ask quetions and medical anons and doctors here can give answers

I know you’re just inciting anti-medical sentiment but I’ll bite.

Asthma, similar to COPD, involves spasms of the bronchioles (called bronchospasms) which are small airways in each lung.

You’re asking if strengthening diaphragm muscles, a completely separate anatomical structure, will help prevent spasms of your bronchioles.

It won’t. Want to know what will? Avoiding triggers of said spasms. When you have spasms, taking a medication like Albuterol helps relax the smooth muscle that lines your bronchioles, in effect stopping the spasms.

The reason most people don’t trust doctors is because they don’t actually understand why we say what we say. The reality is we don’t have time to teach every patient human physiology/modern medicine in a 20 minute office visit.

I don’t earn an extra dime by prescribing my patients Albuterol.

no i actually have asthma and really want to find a solution that doesnt invovle lifelong dependence on medication. i never get wheezing but i get random days of shortness of breath and ive noticed its coinciding with gas in my stomach and lots of burping so i was hypothesizing that maybe acid in my stomach is triggering asthma but not to the point of wheezing just feeling a little short of breath and tight. all my labs and checkups are normal other than high iron levels and EoE. ive done EKGs and chest xrays and the doctor just thinks i have asthma.

this is the thing i was referencing when i saw it on the joe rogan podcast, if you are a doctor can you tell me if this would help at all?

Yes. I had this realization while somewhat drunk that it doesn't fundamentally make sense to spray chemicals into chronically inflamed lungs even though to some extent it does control things. I simply decided I'd rather die than continue this. My wife begged, pleaded, called my doctor, the whole fucking 9 yards but I was just done. I had some terrible nights in particular, but moderate exercise to get things pumping better, then if anything gets loosened, coughing it up, but when shit is inflamed, breathe calmly and deeply, and most importantly do not panic. It took 6 months or so for the inflammation to die down and my body to learn that help was not coming. It fucking sucked but in my case it was inflammation and not being a fat alcoholic that sprayed shit daily into his lungs eventually did it.

no the reason i dont trust doctors is because my doctor said i needed to get the covid vax and i told him i literally just had covid 2 weeks ago and even confirmed by covid test and antigen test so i have immunity and then he said it doesnt matter its still recommended that i get it and thats when i knew these people were literally retarded and not to be trusted

thats really hard but i noticed the same thing because i feel like i cant catch my breath and then i start getting panicky and then my heart races and then i feel even more short of breath. were you getting acid reflux too? if you were an alcoholic maybe that was irritating your airway and triggering reflux i notice when i used to drink that i would burp acid and get reflux sometimes

I think the whole thing is systemic inflammation. Like why the fuck am I eating dumb microwave shit and not, for example cantaloupe chunks with greek yogurt and a few walnuts thrown in? Then having a big glass of water instead of a bunch of beer or worse? And why am I sitting around like a faggot when I can just walk for an hour or ride my bike somewhere? Why would I pick Taco Bell over just having roasted chicken and veggies and eggs on hand? What the fuck am I actually doing? My body was hating it. It takes a few months to adapt but what the fuck, you know? Every single thing is cheap poison. We're being poisoned.

I understand the sentiment. The reality is if there were easy cures to chronic diseases like asthma/COPD we’d be using them.

I can’t fathom how the product you’ve linked would physiologically help with Asthma. For the record even if it did make logical sense, there’s a difference between soundness of a proposed therapy and validity of said therapy (in other words even if it logically follows that it would help the treat the underlying cause of asthma, it doesn’t guarantee success of treatment in the real world).

You seem to be describing symptoms of GERD (heart burn), which can trigger asthma (stomach acid irritates airways). You should talk to your doctor about it. It’s possible treating GERD (if underlying) would help reduce your asthma flares.

None of this is bonafide medical advice btw. Talk to your doctor who knows the complete picture. If you don’t like them/they don’t listen then find a different one.

Yeah but you have to get that shit out if it's there. You just don't want to cough much if it's not there. So you want the minimum coughs to cough shit up, or at least rearrange it, then stopping. Ideally this number is zero coughs, but that's not the initial goal, it's to reduce systemic inflammation and secondarily get shit out of your lungs or broken down. Only the third goal is not coughing. You can't live your life trying to babysit your lungs, it's only when they're pissed off where you want to care too much. It is weird being at a market wheezing, but nobody knows or cares, and you just kind of say
>fuck it, if it kills me, fine, but I still need bananas and sheit
and life goes on.

People don't trust doctors because they have proven themselves to be midwits who just follow pharma industry flowcharts. They are glorified pharmacists. It's not just that they know little about health, it's that they are so confidently wrong which makes them dangerous.

The veneration of doctors has been a constant in society for thousands of years as stupid people want to believe in magical healing powers, no matter how idiotic the advice of doctors has been over that time.

If people just avoid modern (post agricultural age) foods, avoid drugs, and breastfeed properly there isn't any need for modern healthcare whatsoever.

After reading a small part of the recent medical literature on the use of contrast agent (iodine bound to benzene), I do not want to have the contrast agent injected into my blood. >I can’t fathom how the product you’ve linked would physiologically help with Asthma.
that was just one of the claims he made on the podcast and its also claimed on the site that it helps with asthma. the only thing i can think logically that makes sense is maybe it just makes you a more efficient breather in general so you dont notice the shortness of breath effects from your still inflamed lungs. kind of how people train to climb mountains at high altitude and their bodies become more efficient at metabolism and using the oxgen so even when they return down to normal altitude they appear to gain athletic function

>You seem to be describing symptoms of GERD (heart burn),

i also had/have GERD but most of my burning heartburn reflux went away when i stopped eating the foods i was allergic to. now i just get occasional raspy lower throat clearing occasionally which i think is called LPR from my internet research.

one thing id like to ask you si how common is GERD in your patients because from my subjective conersation with random people and coworkers it seems like everyone has acid reflux now. to me it seems like a pandemic nobody is acknowledging or talking about and i dont think its a normal condition that our ancestors all lived with. so what is causing all the GERD? h pylori in some cases, toxic food in others but my suspicion after personal experience with EoE is allergies and some sort of immune system dysfunction

There was a time when one doctor discovered that women died more often giving birth in hospitals than at home, because doctors weren't washing their hands between dissecting corpses and touching the birthing women. The majority of doctors scorned him and maternity death spiked when they started deliberately not washing their hands out of spite. Then there was a time when doctors believe a piles of rags left along in a bathtub can spawn rats, bring it into life and being.

Doctors are just specialists in medical science, they are only as smart as what studies they were taught have found, and studies have error, stuff they didn't factor for and outright fraud, or bias depending on who is funding them.

Thx for input. Indeed when checking the pamphlets at the hospital (or if you just google contrast agent toxicity) at first you find the statements “it is totally safe” and then when you read further her to find serious (life threatening) incidents happen 1-5% of the time, and simple adverse reactions 15% of the time. Benzene by itself is a strong carcinogenic, so they are relying on just adding some small protective groups to it. If your wife is pregnant, they admit that it can damage the unborn child.

>It's not just that they know little about health, it's that they are so confidently wrong which makes them dangerous.

I can’t speak for practitioners outside the US but in the US, the average physician is relatively proficient. You need to understand that vast majority of non-medical trained personnel do not have the foundational understanding to even begin to evaluate the appropriateness of a physicians decisions. Vast majority of time, patients that believe there doctor is wrong are ignorant to their own circumstances and the medical decision making that lead to the physicians advice. Is this always the case? No, there are bad apples in all fields of work.

>If people just avoid modern (post agricultural age) foods, avoid drugs, and breastfeed properly there isn't any need for modern healthcare whatsoever.

This is a relatively absurd claim, one that ignores the advancements that lead to the near eradication of Polio, ability to treat basic bacterial infections, earlier cancer detection/treatment and an overall increase in average lifespan over the past century. Average age of death in the USA in 1900 was ~47 years. Compare that with 78 for men in 2023.

Believe all the conspiracies you want, the improvement in outcomes under the paradigm of modern medicine don’t lie.

exactly. fruit is good but fruit juice is not good especially in the amounts and frequency most poeple drink it. its just not natrual and instead of taking hours to digest and absorb like regular fruit with fiber, the liquified sugar juice basically immediately spikes your insulin response. i cant remember the names but theres some youtube doctors that explain this in detail with the science to back it up.

Weird you ask about asthma. Im not sure what happened but my asthma which almost killed me many times between age 2-12 went away as I trained like a professional athlete. My asthma was seemingly triggered by illness, extreme cold to my chest, and sometimes thunderstorms. Strange you ask that specifically. If you want to know more I was doing hill sprints till collapse, swimming 20km, running 20km, bike 20km and training kickboxing 20 hours per week and just falling short of 15 on a beep test. I maintained this for 4 years before stopping. I even started and later gave up smoking when previously it could be dangerous to leave the house without some kind of inhaler.

thats true. my understanding is everyting in medicine is a balancing act. if there is a good reason for the CT scan because you ahve some other issue thats important and needs attention then the small risk of an adverse reaction is usually advised. the human body is pretty resilient and even if you get exposed to a carcinogen one time its unlikely to ever cause you issues. usually cancers develop from repeated exposure and trauma. you probably ingest the same amount of carcinogens a few times a month when you cross the street and some diesel truck drives by and shifts gears and you inhale all the unburnt petro chems but yeah i dont trust any of the stuff they advertise at face value and you should always research anything they want to inject you with before agreeing to it. if you are doing a contrast that usually means its for a soft tissue that doesnt show up well by itself on xray. so they kind of need it to see wahts going on in there. i guess you could ask if an MRI could be an option too but they dont show things in as high detail sometimes especially if its in your digestive system plus you would jus tmake the same argument about subjecting yourself to 20 minutes of high EMF radiation

Thanks, it was during a tough time in my life where I had the flu, was unhealthy, and was drinking, all simultaneously. My friend who was checking on me saw me brown out and kind of slump over for ten seconds or so, then power back on, and tripped the fuck out and force drove me to the ER. It wasn't busy, and they wanted to rule out a brain or spinal tumor, which scared the living shit out of me, so they did scans while my blood was being processed.

The interesting part was discussing the results, where they said something like
>hey, anon, your scans came back good
>your body temp is running a bit cold...
>your bloodwork is a bit off, though
>so when were you going to inform us you have a .42 BAC?
And shit got super extremely weird because everyone started looking at me and I became a bit of a case study of how "yeah, a few drinks" might be misleading. Anyways, got cleaned up after that, mostly, that was weird and shitty.

To answer your question, win hoff method breathing, yoga breathing (ujayi breathe especially), and taking b infantilis probiotics would likely be the best way to mitigate or reverse asthma.
Asthma’s an autoimmune issue, and thus requires efforts to reduce the allergic response. Pharmaceuticals reduce the holistic limitations of living inhaler free, and shouldn’t be disavowed but kept to the minimum possible
My wife has asthma and was very dependent on her inhaler when I met her. Now through breathing exercises and proper nutrition she has far less episodes and can use rhythmic breathing to avoid spiraling into attacks

>Average age of death in the USA in 1900 was ~47 years. Compare that with 78 for men in 2023.
i think we are probably in a time period of decline for that though or at least deceleration of longevity you can see chronic disease everywhere now especially in young people that never existed before. so its kind of disingenuous to claim medicine cant be questioned because life expectancies are higher now than a 100 years ago. look at the rates of heart disease or diabetes or all the weird allergy related diseases like the asthma of my initial post. and theres clearly a competency crisis as older geneations of smart critical thinking doctors age out and are replaced by low iq diversity and DEI hire doctors who were admitted to med school just to fill a tuition spot not to mention the people who have control over the institutions of doctor production specifically want to depopulate the world

also when you talk about ability to treat bacterial infections i think in 100 years we will look back at that anomaly fondly. bacterias continue to evolve and we are basically selecting the resistant populations for survival. i really doubt antibiotics will continue to work in the future most of our first line antibiotics are already ineffecient for a lot of things.

Your answer to my second point gives credence to my first point. You are confidently wrong and you make points that anyone without much intelligence can see through.

Average lifespans have increased as a result of childhood mortality rate decreases, which have come at their cost of increased mutational load in populations. People aren't healthier, it's not difficult to see that the average person today is fat, infertile and spends the last quarter or half of their lives with chronic health problems. It's staggering to me that you would deny this. Progressives need to believe in teleological progress and thus they need to believe that humans are naturally sick and can only be "mended" through progress and technology, whereas the opposite is true and this is demonstrable from a cursory look at people who live more natural lives; indigenous populations and those who spurn modernism like the Amish. Indeed in Weston Price's great work he dealt with many indigenous populations who had perfect health despite never having seen a doctor or even used a toothbrush.

The biggest joke of all is that people don’t trust medicines because of “big pharma” when the reality is that in order to actually achieve FDA approval, there needs to be substantial evidence of benefit of intervention. Beides the second reply there is something called the Bernoulli principle (or Bernoulli effect). Take 2 piece of paper and hold them hanging about 10 cm from each other no blwo in the middle what happens. The 2 pieces of paper are pulled together. The same thing happens when u try to breath with tightend airway using hightend flow speed which is why the emirgency Procedere with patients of obstructiv airway diseases is to do a so called "pursed-lip breathing" it elevates the pressure (good to widen the airways) but it maintains a slow moving airflow since air can'tescape that fast (good to prevent the collapse due to Bernoulli principle).

All of this is just buynig time since your body goes literal ape mode and can't really be helped without some chemical compounds. No chance.

Glad to help. Search for a medical practitioner that you trust. This is the most important thing ever. We are continuously taught about the importance of trust, time, and care between us and our patients, and that we should respect them and their fears, doubts, and lack of 10+ years of condensed medical knowledge. The problem is: we have about 3-5 minutes per patient (not joking, actual time limit set by supervisors), so please understand that the empathy is lost due to the system, and that is why your doctor's recommendations might not be followed by a detailed explanation or a seminar about the topic. Have this in mind when going to the doctor and be assured that most of us would love to talk more about these topics, but the daily pressure does not allow it.

no it was just an observation that i can see. i wasnt suggesting an action or opinion to prevent it. it just seems inevitable so hopefully we figure out another way to deal with pathogens or a way to stay ahead of their evolution curve. but i dont know how anyone can deny thats what is currently happening. super bugs are going to be a problem for future medicine. if the theory of evolution is real then eventually any bacteria that survive our short era of antibiotics will be completely immune to them at some point. i bet in the future the way to defeat them will be something artiicially replicating the immune system. some chemical agent or mechanism that identifies and flags the pathogens and then some secondary agent that disables or kills them. kind of the way some cancer therapy works

Obesity is not primarily from lack of exercise. It’s from excess caloric intake. You can skip a Big Mac (563 calories) or walk ~7 miles. Both have the same net caloric effect (negative 563 calories). What’s easier?

The first answer to combating obesity is reducing caloric excess. Exercise has its own independent benefit and should also be performed but when it comes to weight management in isolation, avoiding excessive caloric intake is most important.

Food, airborne irritants, stress, and sometimes no apparent triggers at all because fuck you (cholinergic, nonallergic).

GERD causes phlegm which triggers my asthma.

Look up the connection between vitamin D3 deficiency and inflammation. There are studies on vitamin D3 and asthma IIRC.
Anything inflammation related should get you to think about your D3 levels because it's needed by the immune system to function properly.

Most westerners just about reach a level in the blood that prevents rickets but are far from ideal and many are deficient in D3. It's not surprising, most westerners spend most of their days indoors and don't get direct sunlight exposure and the factory farmed animals are deplete of D3 too because they don't get much sun exposure either so one of our main sources of D3 through diet is severely diminished.

Ideal levels of D3 in the blood is around 40-60 ng/ml and it takes months of supplementation to get there because the conversion takes time and you don't want to overshoot.

Another anon recommended NAC, that is also very effective. It is used here in SE Asia as a mucolytic, for COPD and chronic chest congestion. But the mucus -thinning power of NAC isn't only for the lungs, it also helps clear out the gut. As a biofilm disruptor, it loosens bacterial build-up inside the lungs and gut and helps our immune system clear out old and stagnant waste.
Another good biofilm disruptor is from fruits: specifically papaya, pineapple, figs and kiwi fruit.
These fruits contain proteolytic enzymes that can help clear stagnant waste from our bodies, which can be the root cause of chronic inflammation-related disorders like asthma.
If you clear out the gut, sometimes these chronic disorders just go away on their own. It has worked for me and many many people. Eating papaya daily helped me lose a ton of weight and most of my immunity issues just disappeared.
Google "papaya + asthma" and see for yourself

I know the cure but jannies faggots are preventing Brazilians from posting,.they can't handle our truth só they censor us.
Asthma is just parasites in the lungs, most precisely ascaris lumbricoides loefer cicle goes by the lung, doctors do corticosteroids tô weaken your lung response to parasites, and bronchio dilator drugs enlarge the parasites damage to the lungs. To heal it, just some cigarettes, not forever but for some time 3 times a week. It's not to get addicted, it's just so the nicotine and other by products of cigarettes kill the parasites. Smoke for a month to kill entirely, because parasites has cicle with the moon. I had asthma since a kid, the moment a smoke cigarettes I stopped being asthmatic.
Mods banned me, because I am awesome. This is why they all will die, they can't handle truthers like me. Next pandemic I will not save Jannies and mod faggots because they are not allowing me to post.

sugar is not the demon it's made out to be. fat and protein are way more harmful and way more likely to cause diabetes. in fact all the studies show that sugar helps with all aspects of diabetes. dr walter kempner used a very successful diet of rice, sugar, fruit and fruit juice to reverse type 2 diabetes almost 100% of the time.
the problem is that keto thinking has polluted nutrition. even though i check his numbers, he is wrong about eating more fat and protein.
>>514696455
if you want to reduce inflammation in general, then a starch based diet with no added fat and low protein is the answer. humans simply cannot use all of the extra protein that a meat and egg rich diet gives us. humans actually have a worse time on vegetarian/vegan processed foods like fake meat, as they are all isolated proteins. when you eat all of this you break it all down into ammonia, which places a huge load on your system, including your kidneys. humans only need about 5-6% protein in their diet, and as millenia of asians have shown us, people can live perfectly well on rice, which has 7-9% protein iirc.
https://youtu.be/OTRa__ek4rY
now this guy is not so down with table sugar, but he is type 1 diabetic and this diet is for them. but he and his business partner went down the whole keto and weston a price route, and paid the price. they have some really great lectures on that channel that can teach you a lot about how the body works.
https://youtu.be/uxGKQYKV6Uc
macdougall was a great man too, and has a plethora of amazing presentations on all manner of subjects. he explains that the whole point of eating is the raise the blood sugar, because that's what the body uses.

the problem is not all the answers, but you don't even try. You just match symptoms to drugs, without caring or understanding anything about either. So why are you even needed? I can just put my symptoms into AI and ask to give me the related drugs ordered by statistical expected benefits based on my age and gender. Because that is exactly what you are doing. Except that you are even payed to shill specific drugs over others, because you are a corrupt piece of shit.

Last time I went to my doctor and asked about potential "causes" of my asthma, he just laughed at me. It hasn't always been like this, but it's what you do now. You don't even care about causes, you just give drugs and you even diagnose people by giving drugs.

Also I remember doctor taught me technique how to breathe during the asthma attack, the whole idea is in the exhale, and not the inhale.
So if you are trying to inhale, nothing would come in, as there are already an old oxygenless air in your lungs, you need to fight with your own instinct to inhale, and you need to exhale, then your own lungs gonna grab an air all by themselves, and to help you exhale you need to make a motion as a lumberjack
Look at the picrel, the dude is exhaling in the lowest point of an axe motion, you do the same shit.
>asleep, wake up as you can't breathe, jump out of the bed and start cartoonishly chopping logs with invisible axe using your whole body to help your lungs to exhale.

>Magnesium sulfate is used as an adjunct therapy for severe acute asthma exacerbations that do not respond to first-line treatments like beta-agonists and corticosteroids. It acts as a bronchodilator by relaxing bronchial smooth muscle and may also have anti-inflammatory effects by dampening the neutrophilic burst associated with asthma.
> Intravenous (IV) magnesium sulfate is recommended for adults with severe acute asthma in emergency department settings when initial treatments fail.
> Evidence from randomized controlled trials supports its use, showing improvements in pulmonary function, such as peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), and a reduction in the need for hospital admission.
>The 2022 Global Initiative for Asthma guidelines suggest considering IV magnesium sulfate in severe cases that do not respond to initial therapy.
>Inhaled magnesium sulfate is another route of administration, potentially beneficial for adults and children with severe asthma symptoms unresponsive to other treatments, though it may not be effective as a standalone therapy and should be combined with other medications like bronchodilators.
> A 2017 review found evidence that inhaled magnesium might improve lung function and reduce hospital admission risk, but a 2017 study comparing IV and nebulized magnesium found no significant difference in peak expiratory flow rate improvement between the two methods, though IV magnesium showed a higher trend in improvement.

you can't patent magnesium or living near the ocean. not can you charge insurance a fee for prescribing it. and no kickbacks from big pharma for preferentially using it instead of other methods. no magnesium manufacturers fly you to hawaii for a "conference" where they pitch their drug and you spend most of the time golfing with your new set of clubs you were just given.

you are a psychopath
you know full well that the efficacy studies only last 2 weeks, oddly enough the same amount of time that the placebo effect lasts. so in the case of prozac, all of the studies that went longer than 2 weeks showed that they performed worse than placebo, not better. so they also exclude all the studies that don't give the results they are looking for, called "file drawer studies", as in they get filed away and not sent in for approval. this was readily noticed in the uk, where the frontline treatment for depression is exercise and other lifestyle management methods. pills only come in for treatment resistant depression.
also many of the studies are done in india, where you are basically just paying a scammer to give you fake results. they also tend to use small sample sizes (8-10) so that things are more likely to look statistically significant when measured. in fact look at any masters thesis and you see some bullshit "experiment" with a tiny sample size so that some bullshit result will be generated. people learn when getting their degrees just exactly how to bullshit their way through life instead of helping people

dr greger says that all of the studies show that exercise has no effect on weight loss.
https://nutritionfacts.org/audio/the-exercise-myth-for-weight-loss/
>He argues that while exercise is beneficial for overall health, it is not an effective standalone strategy for significant weight loss. Studies show that exercise alone results in minimal weight loss, averaging only about three pounds over five months, and adding exercise to a diet only leads to a small, often clinically insignificant, additional weight loss of about two pounds over a year.
> This is because the calories burned through exercise are relatively small compared to daily caloric intake, and exercise can increase appetite, potentially leading to compensatory overeating.
> For instance, exercising in cool water or cold environments can significantly boost post-workout calorie intake, negating the calories burned.
> Dr. Greger notes that the vast majority of people trying to lose weight believe diet and exercise are equally important, but this is a misconception; he states that diet is far more influential in determining weight.
> He highlights that the increase in caloric intake per person over recent decades is sufficient to explain the obesity epidemic, and physical activity levels have not declined, suggesting that overconsumption is the primary driver.
> While exercise can help prevent weight gain and offers numerous health benefits, including improved heart health, cognitive function, and reduced cancer risk, its role in weight loss is secondary to dietary changes.

doctors know nothing about diet, every doctor admits this. why are you presenting yourself as an expert in this field? you have don no research at all. at least dr greger has, he has made it his life to do this, mostly pro bono.

the issue comes not from chlorine itself, but from what is called "combined chlorine". when you can smell the pool, that means that the chlorine in it is "used up", aka bound to something else. this makes it float off up into the air which is why you can then smell it. it means the thing needs to be shocked, aka a whole bunch of pure chlorine added in. if there is little combined chlorine, you shouldn't smell chlorine too much
but this combined chlorine is what causes problems for the most part, like red eyes, stinging lungs etc. in public pools they are required by law to have ventilation for this purpose. it also ruins women's bathing suits and hair dye jobs because women refuse to go into the pool sans makeup, perfume, hair prodcuts, etc. this is why you are told to shower before entering, because all of these react with the chlorine and mess up the chemistry. this is why it is always vain women who get $2000 swimsuits ruined in the pool. it makes a small microclimate of chlorine reacting with cosmetics around you, and can really be bad for you.
and outdoor pools go through chlorine very quickly because the uv rays make it combined very quickly. so they will likely have more combined chlorine on any given day, but be mitigated by the airflow.

Asthma is vaccine damaged lungs from childhood (non-infant/toddler) vaccines. Doctors don't want you to know this because they're retarded pharmacattle and you threaten their $500,000 minimum annual salary.

Things I recommend:
Tonic Water w/ quinine (not Schweppes or Canada Dry) once a week
Water every day
Sun every day
Clove oil or smoke Clove (kretek) cigarettes if needed. Do research on East/Southeast Asian countries, their smoking habits, and their complete lack of lung illnesses that baffle the medicine "experts".

I've had asthma since I was 7. I am 36.
I haven't had an asthma attack in 15+ years, coincidentally when I started drinking alcohol on a regular basis.

dr walter kempner, who reversed type 2 diabetes in hundreds of people with a sugar and carb based diet, would disagree. the facts are against you.
you don't even realize that the image you posted proves my point, and not yours! i posted several times that eating fat leads to less insulin sensitivity.
this is also what happens in keto, as your pic says, you end up burning lean tissue and storing fat. this is long term though. when you don't take in carbs, your body makes them with the liver. it breaks down muscle and turns it into glucose because that's what your brain needs to live on. no glucose, no brain. you also lose all of your sugar water stored in the muscles, which is the biggest part of the keto weight loss.
you are also not realizing that meat and proteins in general also spike blood sugar.
again, check out the mastering diabetes channel i showed before. he is a phd in the very health issues he has, which are 3 autoimmune disorders. he followed the advice of all the doctors that told him to eat low carb, and he got way worse. when he went to a high carb, low fat whole food diet, he got way better. his insulin sensitivity increased to the point that he needs very little insulin in a day.

Gut bacteria transplants can cure allergies, and many neurological illnesses. HOWEVER they are gatekept because you can't exactly patent human stool or bacteria strains, although there are two companies that offer FMT treatments but the only reason they can be prescribed is for C Diff. This will hopefully one day be deregulated but for now its gate kept because its more profitable to keep people on lifelong medication.

you need insoluble fiber to feed the gut bacteria, which in turn directly feed the intestinal walls.
try nothing but potatoes and fat-free condiments like ketchup, mustard, vinegar, spices, etc.
you can stop the inflammation with a starch based diet.
also straining during bowel movements can cause a whole host of issues, like gerd. this is because the straining forces the valves, in this case the pyloric valve on the stomach. so in many, but not all cases, it can be fixed with adding fibre, and maybe magnesium, to the diet.
straining can also cause varicose veins in the legs for the same reason, it forces the valves until failure, then the blood vessels expand instead of pumping the blood back up. other things can cause this issue too, and diabetics wear compression socks for this. trump has a problem with fluids pooling in his feet now too as we can see.
brave ai results for insufficient venous return
>Insufficient venous return refers to a condition where veins, particularly in the legs, fail to efficiently return blood to the heart, leading to blood pooling in the lower extremities.
> This occurs when the one-way valves within the veins become damaged or weakened, allowing blood to flow backward and accumulate, which increases pressure in the veins and can cause symptoms like swelling, heaviness, aching, and varicose veins.
> The condition, also known as chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), is commonly caused by factors such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), varicose veins, prolonged standing, obesity, or a family history of the disorder.
> Over time, insufficient venous return can lead to skin changes, stasis dermatitis, and non-healing leg ulcers if left untreated

one way to get lots of fiber is to eat lots of potatoes. another easy way is popcorn prepared in one of those microwave bowls. no fats though, and some salt is fine. i think grits are supposed to be good too, but not too common up here.

I bet you have klebsiella p. infection in your gut. That bacteria causes a condition known as ankylosing spondylitis so people with that infection go on very low to no fiber diets to stop the bacteria. Essentially, joint inflammation is a side effect of a pathological strain of bacteria irritating the nervous system tissue in the gut, which causes a larger cascade of inflammation that sort of goes anywhere.

Wish I could describe this clearer but I'm at work.

Get a gut bacteria test though, through a homeopath doctor. ALL illness, even the "genetic" ones, comes from the gut. I think this is why a ton of doctors were getting killed off back in the 90s and 00s because they were starting to realize the gut (the most overlooked part of human health) was causing most neurological and autoimmune illnesses.

Here's a study where alopecia (autoimmune disease) was cured with FMT gut bacteria transplant.

Something I'll add to this is that "eating healthy" sometimes makes health conditions worse because eating food that can ferment helps the bad bacteria just as much as the good bacteria. Every time I try and eat healthy my epilepsy gets worse, but if I eat shitty fast food, my epilepsy essentially goes into remission, because the type of junk food I eat literally cannot ferment. I'm not shilling for junk food, I despise that this is what I've been forced into. I think like 98% of people would benefit from just "eating healthy" but people with real chronic illnesses need to alter their gut biome so dramatically that "eating healthy" isn't enough to overcome the resident strains of bacteria, because, again, the bad strains can simply ferment the "healthy food."

It's depressing to me that the gut biome hasn't really been a topic of RFK Jr, President Trump, or anyone in the HHS, FDA, or anywhere else. I've been thinking about going to another country to have this procedure if somehow I get a bunch of money.

Another thing that bothers me that RFK Jr isn't addressing is that obesity isn't good, but people are basically opting into it, while people with REAL CHRONIC ILLNESSES are getting ZERO attention. Autism is caused by an infection in the gut of aspergillius, a type of mold. Here's a case study where they gave them some antifungals and it literally CURED autism:

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7572136/

I'm not trying to talk a ton of shit on RFK Jr but if I could find these studies, then they certainly can. I believe the only reason they aren't rolling out cures is because every fucking boomer has their money invested in pharma and it would literally collapse the economy. I'd prefer the cures, and let the chips fall where they may.

all of the keto proponents are fatties
the guys in your pic are cherry picked, first of all. and not all vegan diets are the same. mcdougall advocates for a starch based diet, not a bunch of beyond meat burgers etc. in fact both greger and mcdougall are horrified by those things. yes, getting meat and dairy out of the diet is great for you, but you need to go towards starch, not just away from meat. bill gates supplies most fast food chains with that fake meat crap, the reason they make it is because it is processed, ergo more profitable. we are at the stage of capitalism where they just redo everything, but make it needlessly more complicated and less durable. this is to create markets.
eating corn and beans you grew in your backyard is not what globohomo has in mind for you. apparently all it takes is 1.6 acres of land to grow enough potatoes to feed a family of 6 (irish).
you can also see in the pic of food up there that there seems to be large amounts of fatty nuts and seeds. they are not as bad as free oils, but they are bad in large quantities. also the idea of superfoods is advertising hype and should be noted as huckster language for the most part. you can get everything except d and b12 from potatoes, and everything but d, b12, a and c from most starches. so all you need is a couple broccoli florets and a half carrot a day and you have everything you need.

A lot of childhood asthma simply resolves itself in teenage years... My sister used to have very bad asthma; hospitalized every other month as a kid, nebulizer at home, 3-4 different inhalers taken daily, etc. Completely vanished by the time she was 16 and now at age 35 she might sometimes use a rescue inhaler when exercising hard, but no daily maintenance inhalers or anything like that. Everyone I know who dealt with asthma in childhood basically had a similar evolution. If your system is creating negative pressure it can actually suck moisture in through cracks then you can get mold hidden in walls and shit. Thanks for the info, I've come across conflicting info regarding diary, but klebsiella can absolutely ferment dairy so that makes sense.

I've also read conflicting things about high fiber vs low fiber for crowding out klebsiella.

Regardless I think it's interesting about the ankylosing spondylitis. What are the odds! I mean that genuinely, like, we're both seemingly onto something here. Ultimately I think the underlying thing we are both correct about is the role of the gut biome in causing/curing disease.
Anonymous (ID: 1yhwaaN9) United States No.514717637 >>514718425

Yeah, I do have a charitable view of him, and its hard to criticize someone for trying to make people healthy again in the really obvious "eat healthy, workout" way. But my own perspective is, if you start genuinely curing people of chronic illnesses once thought uncurable, there will be no denying your good works. Although that didn't work for Jesus I guess so maybe I'm wrong here.

Fun fact, Jesus recommended fasting for epilepsy, and keto diet mimics fasting which cures 70% of people with epilepsy. Didn't work for me, but that's because my gut infection can live off fiber and meat.

Anyways, if I find an unvaxxed healthy person, I would pay 5k for a few stool samples for transplantation. That's not a joke. Anyone with a chronic illness who actually wants it cured eventually realizes that gut bacteria transplants are the only way. Midwit retards write it off blindly without seeing the studies.

mcdougall also says that sometimes probiotics can help as well, but it's not all that common. he says to try it if nothing else works, and it's not like it has a lot of side effects.
he also explains that simply eating the dairy will sustain the "bad" bacteria, and that simply not feeding it causes it to fade out. but with me it was a matter of days and i felt way way better. sadly though i ended up in the hospital with some massive issues and got prescribed pantoprazole. after a month of that the pain was back and way worse. so i went off that and thankfully the searing gut pain is better. i have ehlers danlos which causes a ton of problems with connective tissue and internal organs, runs in the family. the joint pain is slowly fading now, but less quickly than with quitting dairy. for the record i was putting tablespoons of butter in my coffee bc muh good fats

i don't trust maha, which is most likely a masonic reference to mahabone, both a character in their degree play rituals, and a famous book on masonry.
the gematria of steak n shake is 33 in the reduction cipher. the floors are masonic checkerboard, and the logo is the winged sun disc from egyptian symbolism, which is heavy in the occult.
it's also worth noting that the checkerboard is symbolic of solomon's temple, ergo the restaurant is a symbolic temple. it is against halakah to use beef tallow for frying. you can use it for other stuff, but it is a commandment to not eat of the fat. so they are basically desecrating the temple all day every day, symbolically.

Well aware of the symbolism stuff. I'm really trying to be optimistic and stuff but yeah I see it all.

Funny you mention "muh good fats" haha because I've fallen for that meme myself. I tried keto diet for my epilepsy (but I didn't cut out dairy, interestingly), and both times it was a hard fail, made my epilepsy MUCH worse temporarily. I recently tried a very high fiber diet but it also made it worse, however I think I may have just overdone it on the non soluble fiber and not enough soluble fiber. Honestly the complexity of all this is the esoteric stuff. If I had been born regular vaginal birth I would've developed a normal gut biome, but I was born c section. Literally just replacing my entire gut biome is the simpler and easier version. I'd just have to find a donor who is "normal" and accept that if they have any diseases, I'd catch them too, although it would erase my epilepsy. I'd take just about any illness other than this one.

Right now my thinking on RFK Jr is this: what actual progress has been made? What is there to lose by just allowing shit to be cured? Because if our definition of winning is just "he's our guy!!" and not actually curing diseases, then that's still losing. He's at least seeming to go after the pharma companies for the vax shit which is good and seems genuine, but it's the aspergillus mold infection that causes autism and they haven't mentioned anything about that yet. They said by September he'd "release the cause of autism," but I would bet a lot of money he won't.

>In Freemasonry, "Mahabone" is a secret word used during the initiation into the third degree, symbolizing the opening of the Grand Lodge door and marking the candidate's symbolic resurrection.
It is whispered into the candidate's ear while they are in the Five Points of Fellowship position, a gesture of deep brotherhood and unity.
The word is considered a substitute for the lost Master's Word, traditionally associated with the legendary master builder Hiram Abiff, whose death and the subsequent search for his body are central to Masonic ritual.
While its exact etymology is debated, interpretations include a Hebrew origin meaning "What, the Builder!" or "the Grand Lodge door opened," and it is linked to themes of resurrection, moral strength, and the universal brotherhood of Masons.
Some esoteric interpretations connect it to gematria, associating it with numbers and concepts like the resurrection of Jesus, the Magdalene, and solar symbolism.
