I'm an oldfag who played this game 20 years ago. My first PS2 was sold by my brother and my second and third ones both shit the bed. I'm happy to finally get a complete version of the game with ZERO compromise so my Subsistence disc can finally be replaced. The HD versions from 2011 and 2023 were incapable of doing that.

You can't say the same for NGfags. They still don't have a definitive version of NG1 or NG2 for example to this day, despite the "master" and "black" rereleases which advertised no compromise and totally fucking compromised. As a Metal Gear fan it's actually cathartic to get this ideal situation where we're getting everything we want and all fags like you can do is doompost and LARP as an OG fan when I was probably watching the G4 Xplay review of the game live on television as you were swimming in your daddy's balls.

I like Jrose's videos about beating Pokemon Red/Blue with only 1 pokemon. He has done like 100 runs at this point. It is hilarious seeing just how broken gen 1 is with how almost all Pokemon (there are like 3 or 4 he wasn't able to do it with) can solo the entire game themselves.
