Saying that The Knight's "body shape" is completely incompatible with them being a Holiday is just not true, they have a pretty standard humanoid body layout aside from them being unnaturally thin.
Their "body size" is obviously much taller than ANY character that we've seen, but this isn't very relevant unless you're assuming for some reason that The Knight is basically a normal Lightner under their armor, despite them doing things like turning into a ball and having their ribcage split open when they roar.
And again, if you're arguing that The Knight does not at all resemble Dess then you're just defeating the FRIEND Knight argument that they're somehow FRIEND possessing/imitating her.
